Aubergine Café (French for Eggplant)
opened its doors in the Park Center Mall in November 2001.
From the moment you walk in the door you realize that we are
not your average lunch spot. Our motto is "expect more from
lunch". We believe our customers deserve the freshest
ingredients available (hand picking avocados is a daily ritual
here).

We specialize in gourmet soups,
wonderful Panini sandwiches (toasted sandwiches on an Italian
grill), fresh & creative salads (all with our own housemade
dressings) and homemade treats (cookies, teabreads, chocolate
truffles).
Walk in, grab a lunch and enjoy the
tranquility of the water fountain, or take your lunch to go.
We do box lunches, plattered and executive lunches, corporate
